Some tips 🐝

  • Take advantage of the four varieties offered. Each of them will bring a special touch and new flavor to your recipes.
  • Honey is a natural compound of water. It is therefore important to subtract a certain quantity of liquid when you cook your recipes. See Replacement Guide.
  • Reduce the temperature. Since honey contains glucose and fructose and it burn more rapidly, we recommend you reduce the cooking temperature by 15 degrees F. It is important to follow this rule for recipes that contain a significant amount of honey.
