Honey Mustard Chicken Bites

Brochette d’agneau miel lavande
  • 3 Tbsp. of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard honey mustard
  • 1 tsp. of garlic salt
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
  • Additional honey mustard, if desired as dipping sauce
  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium bowl. Mix in honey mustard and garlic salt.
  4. Place bread crumbs in large resealable plastic bag.
  5. Add chicken pieces to mustard mixture; stir to coat.
  6. Shake chicken pieces in the bag of breadcrumbs until coated.
  7. Place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
